Shipping Details
Processing Time
Orders placed before 1pm BST on working days (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm BST, on Sundays or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping Costs
Standard UK shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum quantity required. Whether you order 1 tube or more, your shipping is always free.
Delivery Times
All UK orders are delivered on the next working day after dispatch (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and bank holidays). Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery Coverage
FYNDORS currently ships exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We also deliver to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Order Tracking
Every order is assigned a unique tracking number. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your parcel has been handed to the carrier. You can also track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
